The booking process

The application will require from you to fill in your mobile phone. This is used so that we send you an automatic notification (by text message – SMS) that your appointment has been booked (within 12 hours on business days). If the number you give is incorrect, then your appointment will not be valid. You will also receive a reminder (text message – SMS), 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Also, we keep your number until the appointment is completed and to alert you if we need to cancel the appointment for reasons of force majeure (e.g. extreme weather conditions, strikes). This information is not used anywhere else: you will not receive any more messages or calls from us nor from third parties.

You do not need to provide an email.
